It is also considered one of the most valuable rental deals in the emirate at Dhs3.7m a year. The residential community is considered one of Dubai’s most exclusive addresses. Driven Properties handled the rental contract The new rental record was set by Driven Properties‘ agents Dalila Laaribi and Inga Brykulska.
