United Trans, a subsidiary of Alserkal Group of Companies, specialises in rail and technology-driven transportation solutions. This strategic move enables Easylease to expand its offerings beyond the company’s existing integrated mobility solutions. United Trans, established in 2008, boasts a strong presence in the railway and smart mobility sectors. Ahmad Al Sadah, CEO of EasyLease said: “This acquisition marks a significant milestone for EasyLease. Together, we can provide innovative solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our customers.
