However, vehicles of public hygiene companies and logistic support vehicles are exempted from the prohibition order. Enhanced traffic control To enforce the entry restrictions effectively, traffic patrols will be deployed on all roads, and traffic control will be intensified through smart systems. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in UAE The announcement of the temporary entry ban coincides with preparations for the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the UAE. Modi is scheduled to attend the World Governments Summit in Dubai, address more than 60,000 members of the Indian expatriate community during the ‘Ahlan Modi’ event at Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Prime Minister Modi’s two-day visit to the UAE, starting on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, will include meetings with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
