Home UAE Dubai Eid Al Adha 2023: Dubai announces free parking; changes to metro, bus timings for holidays All public parking – except at multi-level parking terminals – will be free from Tuesday, June 27 to Friday, June 30 by Gulf Business June 25, 2023 Image: RTA Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced changes to the business hours of all its services during the Eid Al-Adha 2023 holiday. Customers’ happiness centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transit modes and service provider centres (technical testing of vehicles) will be impacted by these changes during the holiday period. Service provider centres All service-provider centres (technical testing of vehicles) and Customers Happiness Centres will be closed from Tuesday to Friday, June 27 -June 30. The technical testing will resume only on June 30, and halls will reopen on July 1. Customers Happiness Centres All Customers Happiness Centres will be closed from Tuesday to Friday, June 27-30 except for Al-Kifaf Happiness Centre, which will remain open 24/7. On June 25 and July 2, the metro timing will be from 8am to 1am (on the following day). The tram will operate on June 23-24, June 26-30 and July 1 from 6am to 1am (on the following day). Inter-city bus routes currently operating are: (E16) from Al Sabkha to Hatta, (E100) from Al Ghubaiba to Abu Dhabi, (E101) from Ibn Battuta to Abu Dhabi, (E102) from Ibn Battuta to Al Mussafah, (E201) from Al Ghubaiba To Al Ain, (E303) from the Union Station to Al Jubail in Sharjah, (E306) from Al Ghubaiba to Al Jubail in Sharjah, (E307) from City Centre Deira to Al Jubail in Sharjah, (E307A) from Abu Hail to Al Jubail in Sharjah, (E315) from Etisalat Station to Muwaileh in Sharjah, (E400) from the Union Station to Ajman, (E411) from the Etisalat Station to Ajman and (E700) from the Union Station to Fujairah. Route (E100) from and to Al Ghubaiba Bus Station will be re-routed to Ibn Battuta Bus Station from 2pm onwards daily from June 27 to July 2. Marine transport services Water bus: Dubai Marina (BM1) Marina Walk (and vice versa) from 12pm to 12:11am (on the following day), Marina Promenade – Marina Mall (and vice versa) from 4:11pm to 11:17pm, Marina Terrace – Marina Walk (and vice versa) from 4:08pm to 11:16pm, and Full Line 4:08pm to 10:56pm. Water taxi: Marina Mall – Bluewaters (BM3) from 4pm to 11:40pm on demand from 3pm to 11pm. The customers have to make a prior booking. Abra: Dubai Old Souq – Baniyas (CR3) from 10am – 11:20pm, Al Fahidi – Sabkha (CR4) from 10am – 11:25pm, Al Fahidi – Deira Old Souq (CR5) from 10am – 11:25pm, Baniyas – Seef (CR6) from 10am – 11:57pm, Dubai Festival City – Dubai Creek Harbor (CR9) from 4pm – 11:20pm, Al Jaddaf – Dubai Festival City (BM2) from 8am – 11:30pm, Dubai Old Souq – Al Marfa Souq (CR12) from 4:20pm – 10:50 m, Deira Old Souq – Al Marfa Souq (CR13) from 4:05pm to 10:35pm, and the tourist service from the Sheikh Zayed Road Station (TR6) from 4:00pm to 10:15pm. Dubai Ferry: Al Ghubaiba – Dubai Water Canal (FR1) at 1:00pm to 6:00pm, Dubai Water Canal – Al Ghubaiba (FR1) at 2:20pm to 7:20pm, Dubai Water Canal – Bluewaters (FR2) at 1:50pm and 6:50pm, Bluewaters – Marina Mall (FR2) at 2:50pm to 7:50pm, Marina Mall – Bluewaters (FR2) at 1:00pm to 6:00pm, Bluewaters – Dubai Water Canal (FR2) at 1:15pm to 6:15pm, and the tourist service from Marina Mall (FR4) at 11:30am to 4:30pm, and Al Marfa Souq – Al Ghubaiba (CR10) at 6:15pm to 9:45pm.
