This property by the Al Habtoor Group will be the first freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road. At 81 stories high, the Habtoor Tower will have 1,701 housing units spread across 3.5 million square feet. The landmark project was announced by the master developer in May 2023. Al Habtoor Group said, the tower upon completion, will be one of the world’s largest residential towers in Dubai. Located in the heart of Al Habtoor City, the tower will stand tall with views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Canal, Meydan, and the Arabian Gulf waters. The developer has called it “a vertical city within the lifestyle destination of Al Habtoor City, reinventing lifestyle and shaping the future of urban living.” Provident Real Estate said the partnership with the Al Habtoor Group is due to its position as a leader in the market within the off-plan division. Prices start at Dhs2m with handover predicted for 2026 as the off-plan property is currently in its first phase of development. The tower is located in the heart of Al Habtoor City, and residents will have access to luxury hotels, dining, retail outlets, and entertainment options, in the neighbourhood. The developer had announced the appointment of China Railway 18th Bureau Group as the main contractor for the Habtoor Tower.
