Home Industry Finance Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority’s new app allows reporting of financial, administrative misconduct The app maintains user confidentiality and privacy, while aiming to build and sustain trust in the emirate’s financial and economic systems by Gulf Business January 9, 2023 Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has launched its smart application. The ADAA app, which can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple Store, gives members of the community easy access to ADAA’s platforms and initiatives, including the Wajib Platform, statutory auditors services, as well as the financial disclosure platform for senior government employees. The app allows individuals to report financial or administrative misconduct impacting public funds and resources, not only to investigate, but also to prevent them from happening, reported the Abu Dhabi Media Office. In addition, the app maintains user confidentiality and privacy, promoting the value of accountability and raising the integrity of awareness of government employees and individuals. In October last year, ADAA launched its internal audit platform for government entities of Abu Dhabi, aiming to raise the efficiency of auditing in the emirate in order to help spread the values of integrity, accountability and transparency in preserving public funds.
