The freehold project offers luxury apartments with a private beach on the eastern coast in Khorfakkan and includes retail, restaurants, and recreational facilities. It has a prominent strategic location overlooking the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre, Khorfakkan waterfall, and the Souq Sharq, according to a report by the state news agency, WAM.
