Home GCC UAE UAE announces 92 new Covid-19 cases, 71 recoveries No deaths were recorded over the preceding 24 hours by Gulf Business December 13, 2021 The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) said on Monday that it had detected 92 new Covid-19 cases in the country. The total number of recorded cases in the UAE therefore stands at 742,894. According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and receiving the necessary care. The new cases were found following 245,149 Covid-19 tests conducted over the past 24 hours to screen for the virus. MoHAP stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases. The Ministry added that no Covid-19-related deaths were recorded in the past 24 hours, with the death toll remaining unchanged at 2,151. It also noted that an additional 71 individuals had fully recovered from the disease, bringing the total number of recoveries to 737,967.
