UAE reports 1,519 Covid-19 infections, 2 deaths

The UAE reported a total of 1,519 new infections on August 1.

The new cases were reported, following 284,403 examinations conducted to screen for the virus.

The health ministry also reported 1,466 recoveries and two deaths in the past 24 hours.

The nationwide case count has now risen to 682,377, including 659,664 recoveries and 1,951 deaths.
