Poco X3 GT launched in the UAE

Poco unveiled its high-performance speedster aimed for entertainment and mobile gaming, Poco X3 GT. The smartphone is available in all stores starting today for Dhs1,249.

The Poco X3 GT has a Mediatek Dimensity 1100 processor with a Dual 5G SIM, 120Hz DynamicSwitch DotDisplay, a high-resolution 64MP triple camera, and 67W turbo charging technology to quickly charge its 5000mAh(typ) high-density battery, which is a first for Poco smartphones. Plus, it is built with corning gorilla glass victus that prevents most scratches and cracks.

Powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1100
Equipped with Mediatek’s dimensity 1100 5G chipset, it delivers a faster CPU and better connectivity. This is developed on the back of a 6nm chipset. It operates on the four Arm Cortex-A78 cores at up to 2.6GHz, and four Arm Cortex-A55 efficiency cores. This CPU architecture, combined with an improved nine-core Arm Mali-G77 GPU running at 836MHz, brings more high-fidelity gaming to the device.

Plus, it can be well connected with an integrated 5G (5G connectivity varies based on region availability and local operator support) modem, dual SIM card slots, and WiFi 6 support. The smartphone also remains cool throughout due to LiquidCool Technology 2.0, that ensures long-lasting performance. The UFS 3.1′ makes accessing and saving files faster.

Poco X3 GT’s 5000mAh (typ) battery, keeps users powered all day, while its display with 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate makes it highly responsive so users will never miss a beat. DynamicSwitch – 30Hz to 120Hz intelligently adjusts refresh rate to match the needs of each content, largely optimising power consumption. The smartphone has been tested to perform reliably even in high temperatures.

To enhance user experience, it comes with practical features users will enjoy day-to-day, such as multifunctional NFC (NFC functions may vary in some markets) and the X-axis linear motor for a better haptic experience with every vibration of the device.

64MP triple camera
Poco X3 GT’s features include a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and 2MP macro camera. It also includes real-time bokeh video, while HDR video recording on both the front and rear cameras can capture a wide range of colours and depth. Once the shot is recorded, one of eight cinematic movie filters can be applied, or users can select from one of five vlog templates.

The dual speakers certified by Dolby Atmos offer an immersive audio-visual experience.

Poco X3 GT has been designed to showcase a more refined look. The rounded edges and lightweight design, weighing only 193g with a thickness of 8.9mm, offers a comfortable grip. It is available in three colours- Stargaze Black, Cloud White and Wave Blue.

It will be available in two variants, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB, and will be available for purchase on July 29, 2021.
