The RTA’s customers’ happiness centres will also be closed from Tuesday, Ramadan 29 until Shawwal 3. The smart customers happiness centres at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha and the RTA head office will be operating as usual 24/7. The authority also confirmed that all the service provider centres (vehicle testing) will be closed during Eid Al Fitr holidays. In a similar move, Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) also confirmed that the Darb toll gate system will be free of charge to mark Eid Al Fitr, starting from Tuesday, May 11 until the end of the holidays (Ramadan 29 to Shawwal 3).
