Home Covid-19 Covid-19 update: UAE reports 2,094 cases, 5 deaths The case count now stands at 514,591 by Zainab Mansoor April 27, 2021 The UAE’s health ministry has reported 2,094 cases of the novel coronavirus infection on April 27. The new cases were detected after 185,007 examinations were conducted across the country. As many as 1,900 recoveries were also confirmed, raising the total recoveries to 495,589. Meanwhile, with five additional fatalities, the death toll has risen to 1,578.
