Covid-19 update: UAE reports 1,798 cases, 4 deaths

The UAE’s health ministry has confirmed that 1,798 Covid-19 infections were reported on April 14.

The new cases were reported, in the wake of 256,181 examinations conducted to screen for the virus.

Meanwhile, 1,492 recoveries and four fatalities were also reported in the last 24 hours.

A total of 489,495 Covid-19 cases were detected across the country since the virus broke out earlier last year. This includes 473,398 recoveries and 1,541 deaths.
