The development includes 612 residential units spread over six buildings that offer a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two bedrooms, and three-bedroom apartments. Al Mamsha Phase 3, which extends over 818,634 square feet, will provide residential units overlooking swimming pools, open spaces, and kids areas. It will also host a combination of retails spaces that span 1,852 square meters. Alef Group said in a statement that the start of construction work for Al Mamsha Phase III follows the increase in sales achieved in the previous two phases. In February, Sharjah registered 1,818 real estate transactions, with a value of Dhs3.5bn. The number of sales transactions in the emirate amounted to 457, which accounted for 25.1 per cent of the total number.
