Light drizzle is expected over some coastal areas and islands on Tuesday, February 23, accompanied by humidity at night and the following morning, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) foretold in its weather bulletin. Meanwhile, a drizzle over some coastal and Western areas is also anticipated on Wednesday morning, cascading onto Thursday on which rainfall will likely fall over some coastal and Northern areas. Rainfall over some Northern and Eastern areas may occur on Friday. However, partly cloudy to overcast conditions are expected to persist throughout the week. The sea will be between moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf until Friday. This follows numerous days of fog that enveloped select parts of the country, with low visibility, prompting NCM to issue several alerts.
