Home UAE Dubai David Guetta’s upcoming gig at Dubai’s Burj Al Arab will be livestreamed for free The charity concert is aimed at supporting UNICEF and Dubai Cares’ Education Uninterrupted initiative by Varun Godinho January 26, 2021 French DJ and Dubai resident David Guetta, has confirmed that he will perform on the helipad of Dubai’s Burj Al Jumeirah hotel on Saturday, February 6. The event will take place at 6pm and will be livestreamed for free on Guetta’s YouTube channel. The charity concert is aimed at supporting UNICEF and Dubai Cares’ campaign ‘Education Uninterrupted’ aimed at supporting education and distance learning for children, students and teachers in the aftermath of Covid-19. “After Miami, New York and the Louvre in Paris, I am very proud to announce that we’re heading to the top of the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah for another United At Home show, this time in a city that is dear to my heart: Dubai,” said Guetta. Previous editions of Guetta’s past UnitedAtHome performances in Miami, NYC and Paris, at the Louvre editions were viewed by more than 75 million people across the world and raised more than $1.6m. The helipad at the iconic hotel in Dubai has previously played host to several other high-profile events including a Roger Federer vs. Andre Agassi tennis match, boxing champion Anthony Joshua’s Sky Fight, the Formula One team Red Bull Racing doughnut stunt, champion Rory Mcllroy’s special golf demonstration and the Red Bull X-Fighter Danny Torres’ stunt where he jumped riding his bike from a helicopter onto the helipad.
