The upgrade will see Arabian Centres Company implement Oracle Cloud Applications in a bid to drive business resilience and agility. Employees will benefit from seamless access to all key functions of human resource process from hire to retire – including global HR, talent management, workforce management, and payroll using the latest digital devices. The applications will also enable management to see the complete picture of the company’s finances and operations in real-time. Furthermore, with Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX), Arabian Centres can go beyond traditional customer relations management by having the capability to manage the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention. “Arabian Centres Company is moving fast to match, and even exceed the rapidly evolving expectations of its vast customer base in Saudi Arabia,” said Marwan Alzughaibi, senior director and country leader, Business Applications Oracle Saudi Arabia. “The Oracle suite of cloud applications with its pervasive AI capabilities will help Arabian Centres unify its back-office systems with front-office applications to align the organization around the customer’s preference and deliver on its brand promise of an exceptional retail experience”, he added.
