Home UAE Abu Dhabi First look: Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort Jumeirah is unveiling new properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this winter by Dominic Ellis October 16, 2018 It’s a busy period for Jumeirah in the UAE with the new-look Jumeirah Beach Hotel reopening this month (see photos here), which will be followed by Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort on November 11. The first photos of the new Abu Dhabi resort received today show contemporary, airey room designs with subtle artworks on a UAE cultural theme. The 293-room resort, placing an emphasis on sustainable tourism, will be free of plastic straws and single-use plastics bottles. There are eight villas with private pools, 64 suites and six panoramic suite as well as a spa centred around a grand Moroccan Hammam. F&B comprises the all-day dining venue White (buffets/live cooking stations); Mare Mare (authentic Italian); Levantine inspired TEAN for mezzes and grills next to the beach; Al Majilis (coffees/patisseries); The Lounge (afternoon tea/sundowners); Offside (sports venue) and Pool Bar. Corporate facilities encompass 600sqm of meeting space and up to 350 guests can be seated for dinner.
