An engineer by training, Al Jaber is responsible for around 50,000 workers as well as $5bn in assets across divisions including construction, contracting, logistics, trading and more. As well as her success in the workplace, Al Jaber became the first Emirati woman to be elected to the board of directors at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce in 2009.
