The $3 billion development will feature three hotels – St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai and the Westin Dubai – as well as three newly announced residential tower blocks to incorporate 1,460 luxury apartments. Al Habtoor City will feature eleven swanky residential penthouses – including two VIP penthouses over a four-storey high podium, worth a cool $250 million each. Waterside attractions Al Habtoor Group on Sunday officially unveiled the 10 million sq ft Al Habtoor City which will dominate the Dubai Water Canal. NEW RESIDENTIAL TOWERS Alongside three previously announced hotels (St Regis, W Dubai and The Westin Dubai), the group today unveiled three residential towers containing 1,460 luxury apartments – swelling total investment to Dhs11 billion. The residential blocks will be developed by British architects WS Atkins. Vip penthouses Two VIP penthouses worth $250 million each are among the VIP features – with garden terraces, pool and jacuzzi over four floors – and offer 360–degree views of Dubai. The w HOtel The W Dubai is set to have the first ‘Extreme Wow Suite’ globally, which will also have its own pool.
