Restaurant Review: Dinner Show at Dream Dubai

After the massive success of its debut season in January followed by another show just before summer, Dream Dubai is taking it up another notch this October. The brand-new season offers an uplifting dining experience in sync with extraordinary performances, turning into an unforgettable party for the late-night crowd.

Dream is a multi-sensory  dinner and show concept created by Sunset Hospitality, located in Address Beach Resort, JBR. The dreamy venue offers an all-in-one escape from reality. With a range of talented international acts and showstopping acrobatics, the venue stands out with its Mediterranean-inspired menu and unparalleled mixology, combining classic and signature cocktails such as the floral sensation and midnight secrets.

Dream recently announced the launch of their new season acts where visitors are ushered into a dream world far from reality where the focus remains firmly on talented international acts and acrobats. Tying in with the venue’s name, every performance draws inspiration from varying stages of dreams taking guests into an ethereal dimension. Their line-up highlights a series of performances conceptualised, choreographed, and designed by the visionary creative director Pierre Khadra.

The impressive line-up harmoniously joins a variety of dance styles, cultural references, and classic techniques into one epic extravaganza. Spectacular light shows are synchronised to match each move set front and canter of the revamped split-level stages. Seats are positioned in all four directions of the stage making the Dream experience magical and unique from every angle.

Along with a front-row seat to the entertainment, guests can also indulge in an array of new  Mediterranean and international starters, mains, and desserts to enhance the culinary experience and satisfy a variety of taste buds. Favourites from the menu include the smoked truffle beef tartare, grilled octopus, seafood risotto, and the coffee caviar tiramisu. 

Cocktails here similarly evoke a warm and ethereal feeling with a selection of expertly mixed signature drinks. The floral sensation is a mix of orange blossom water, crème de fleur, and lime. Another is the stardust, artfully created with aromatic bitters, demerara, and clarified milk. The midnight secrets is infused with vanilla, cinnamon, amaro, and espresso.
