Majid Al Futtaim’s Elan commences construction phase

Majid Al Futtaim Communities has begun the construction phase of its recently launched Elan neighbourhood at Tilal Al Ghaf, for its planned delivery by December 2022.

The construction, that commenced on July 12, follows the sale of 594 units in phases one and two of Elan development, representing a total sales value of Dhs900m.

A gated community within Majid Al Futtaim’s Tilal Al Ghaf development, Elan comprises of a mix of three- and four-bedroom properties, including amenities such as a recreational lagoon, outdoor cinema, three community centres, a fitness centre, and BBQ stations.

Elan’s wellness facilities include a tennis and basketball court, cycling and jogging tracks, swimming pool, and an indoor gym.

Tilal Al Ghaf is located at the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street in Dubai, neighbouring the golf communities of Victory Heights and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
