The Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, a twin-tower development designed by Foster + Partners, will be located in the city’s Marasi Marina neighbourhood and feature 63 luxury units alongside 10 floating homes. The project, slated for completion by the end of 2027, marks a significant milestone for IHG’s luxury portfolio expansion in the Middle East.
