Hajj 2024: Registrations open for Saudi citizens, residents

Those wishing to perform Hajj from the kingdom can register via the ministry’s website or through the ‘Nusuk’ application

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has opened registration for Saudi citizens and residents wishing to perform the hajj pilgrimage this year (1445 AH).

Registrations opened on February 11.

Those wishing to perform Hajj from the kingdom can register via the ministry’s website or through the ‘Nusuk’ application on smartphones and tablets, where they can review all package options and choose the appropriate package.

Hajj booking highlights

Booking priority will be given to those who have yet to perform the pilgrimage, the ministry said.

The ministry has also made it possible to either pay the total amount upon registration or pay partially according to the terms and conditions stated to help pilgrims,

The ministry has urged registrants to ensure the accuracy of information in registering data and selecting packages, stressing the importance of not using the same mobile number for more than one application.

The ministry also posted information on social media platform X on the different types of visas that UAE residents could use to travel to Makkah for their Umrah journey.
