PeopleStrong has launched FutureOfTalent.ai, an AI-powered talent infrastructure platform designed to help organisations, governments and educational institutions discover, develop and deploy national talent across the GCC.
The launch comes as countries across the region accelerate workforce localisation, skills development and economic diversification initiatives, including Emiratisation in the UAE, Saudisation in Saudi Arabia and Omanisation in Oman.
Unveiled during PeopleStrong’s AI Roadshow in Dubai, the platform aims to address a growing gap between workforce skill requirements and talent readiness. According to research conducted by PeopleStrong across more than 300 organisations, over 70 per cent of business leaders now prioritise talent management and skills-based programmes, highlighting the increasing importance of workforce capability as a competitive advantage.
FutureOfTalent.ai combines workforce intelligence, skills development, learning pathways and AI-powered talent matching within a single ecosystem. At the centre of the platform is a unified Talent ID, a verified profile that captures an individual’s skills, qualifications and career aspirations throughout their professional journey.
The platform is designed to serve multiple stakeholder groups. For individuals, it offers personalised learning pathways, skills assessments and career guidance. For enterprises, it provides AI-driven workforce planning, succession management, internal mobility and localisation tracking. For governments, it delivers real-time visibility into workforce capabilities, emerging skills gaps and readiness against national workforce objectives.
Sandeep Chaudhary, chief executive officer of PeopleStrong, said: “Talent is the infrastructure of the future economy. The nations that can identify, develop, and deploy skills fastest will lead the next era of growth and innovation. AI makes that possible by turning workforce capability into real-time intelligence. With FutureOfTalent.ai, we’re helping connect citizens, enterprises, and governments through a shared talent infrastructure that transforms skills into opportunity and national ambition into measurable outcomes. The trust of 500+ customers globally reinforces our belief that this is the future of talent in the region.”
Tayfun Topkoc, senior vice president – International at PeopleStrong, added: “The next frontier is not headcount, it’s capability. As AI reshapes industries, organisations need real-time visibility into workforce skills, gaps, and future readiness. FutureOfTalent.ai helps make that possible, turning workforce data into intelligence and intelligence into action.
“We’re grateful to the customers and partners who have trusted us on this journey. Together, we’re powering the future of talent across the GCC connecting skills with opportunity, accelerating nationalisation across the region, and building workforces ready for the next competitive advantage.”
PeopleStrong’s human capital management (HCM) platform currently supports organisations across multiple industries in the GCC, covering functions including recruitment, payroll, employee experience and talent management. The company processes more than 1.5 million payroll transactions each month.
With the launch of FutureOfTalent.ai, PeopleStrong is expanding its focus beyond workforce management to supporting long-term talent development, workforce planning and national capability-building across the region.
