Samsung Gulf Electronics has launched its 2026 television range across the Gulf, expanding artificial intelligence features that recommend content and automatically adjust picture and sound across more premium and mainstream models.
The line-up spans Micro RGB, OLED, The Frame, Neo QLED, Mini LED and UHD televisions and will be available in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
Samsung is extending its Vision AI Companion to its 4K-and-above range as it seeks to position the television as a more interactive household device rather than simply a screen.
The platform combines services including Samsung’s Bixby and Perplexity and can help users decide what to watch, eat or listen to.
It also uses AI to optimise colour, motion, contrast and audio for different content and viewing environments. Samsung’s official UAE website has begun listing the 2026 television range and launch offers.
“With our 2026 lineup, we’re continuing to build on what AI can bring to the TV experience, shaping it into a true companion for every viewer,” said Vineet Kumar, head of the Visual Display Division at Samsung Gulf Electronics.
Samsung’s making entertainment more personal
“It goes beyond entertainment. We’re building TVs that understand what people want to watch, listen to, or discover, so the experience feels more natural and less like work.”
At the premium end, Samsung’s Micro RGB range comprises the R95H and R85H series, with screen sizes ranging from 65 to 115 inches. The technology uses individually controlled red, green and blue micro LEDs to manage light and colour more precisely.
Its Micro RGB AI Engine Pro adjusts colour, depth and motion, while separate AI tools optimise colour and contrast scene by scene. Samsung said the displays support full coverage of the BT.2020 colour standard.
The 2026 OLED range includes the S95H, S90H and S85H. Samsung has extended its anti-reflection Glare Free technology to the S90H, while its flagship S95H introduces the company’s Art Store to an OLED television for the first time.
The OLED models also target gamers with refresh rates of up to 165Hz and support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-SYNC Compatible technology.
Samsung has expanded The Frame range with its first 98-inch model, aimed partly at larger Gulf homes. The television has a 30.9mm profile and can display more than 5,000 works available through the Samsung Art Store when it is not being used for conventional viewing.
The company is also bringing AI features to less expensive Mini LED models. Its M80H range uses an NQ4 AI Gen2 processor to optimise pictures and an AI Sound Controller that adjusts dialogue, voices and effects in real time. The M70H provides a more accessible entry point into the Mini LED category, Samsung said.
More products on offer
Samsung is also launching two lifestyle speakers, Music Studio 7 and Music Studio 5. The larger model delivers 3.1.1-channel audio and can connect with up to four other compatible audio devices and a Samsung television through the company’s Q-Symphony system.
The Music Studio 5 includes AI Dynamic Bass Control, which Samsung said strengthens lower frequencies while limiting distortion.
Samsung said the new televisions would be sold through its website, brand stores and participating retailers.
Buyers of the 98-inch The Frame can receive up to 12 months of access to the Samsung Art Store and complimentary Music Studio speakers under selected launch offers.
Other promotions include up to 12 months of access to streaming services, financing plans, and discounts of up to 10 per cent on eligible purchases. Availability and offer terms will vary by market.
