National Holding subsidiary Bloom Properties has revealed the fourth phase of its Bloom Gardens master development on Abu Dhabi’s Eastern Corniche.

Faya will consist of 132 townhouses made up of 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters.

Bloom said it was marketing the project to UAE nationals looking to invest in three or more units and would offer payment plans linked to construction milestones.

The development is scheduled to open in Q4 2017.

“The project demonstrates our commitment to meeting the growing demand for quality, uniquely designed residential communities with high end finishes and world-class amenities,” said Bloom Holding chief executive Sameh Muhtadi.

“Faya will be developed to the highest standards in design, architecture and construction, while providing attractive long-term investment returns for UAE national investors.”

The site will offer similar amenities to the previous phases of Bloom Gardens, including 24-hour security, parking space, play areas for children and walking and running paths. It will also feature a polyclinic, nursery and community centre with a gym, swimming pools, saunas, an event hall and a mosque.

Bloom recently commenced construction of phase three of Bloom Gardens involving the development of 147 housing units.

It has also started leasing 49 two- and three-bedroom residences and 7,000 square metres of office space within its mixed-use Bloom Central project within Abu Dhabi City.

When completed, Bloom Gardens will comprise 372 residential units built in a Mediterranean style.
