Orthodontists in Oman will now be able to receive Invisalign training in order to provide clear aligner therapy to their patients. They’ll be able to use the iTero intraoral scanner to digitise their own practices, as well as end-to-end digital orthodontic and restorative processes, to improve patient results and office efficiency. Angelo Maura, general manager Middle East and Africa at Align Technology, said: “We are extremely proud to be launching our suite of digital products in the Oman market. This market expansion is a testament to our commitment in bringing the best-in-class technology to our doctors right across the Middle East. This is an important milestone that solidifies our presence in the entire GCC region. It will also pave the way to ensuring that a further expanded pool of doctors will now have the tools they need to future-proof and digitize their practices, as well as offer digitally-advanced and more efficient care to their patients.” As part of the market launch, the company will invest in training courses for local orthodontists across the Sultanate, in order to support their digitisation journey. Furthermore, it aims to support newly certified orthodontists throughout the first two years of their certification with regular educational tools, as they embark on fully digitising their practice. The company will also focus on supporting the continued growth of orthodontists and GPs across Oman, by continuing to bring new solutions and future product launches to the market. Maura continued: “In line with the Oman Vision 2040, and the role of technology in the advancement of world-class health services for the country, our expansion into the Oman market ensures that local orthodontists will be able to contribute to this vision by offering their patients a more seamless digital experience, helping to transform more smiles. Digital dentistry is the future, and we are especially passionate about equipping doctors with the ability to treat patients seamlessly from anywhere and everywhere.” Read: How technology is changing the future of dentistry Tags align technology digital dentistry Oman Technology 0 Comments You might also like HUAWEI launches new foldable, nova 13 series, MatePad New: HONOR launches MagicBook Art 14 in the UAE How agentic AI will boost the digital economy across the Middle East Talabat plunges over 7.5% in Dubai trading debut after $2bn IPO
