Stella Stays, the proptech company has launched its second residence tower in Saudi Arabia.

Winner of the 2022 Gulf Business Award for “Proptech company of the year”, Stella Stays continues to redefine rentals and hospitality, catering to a new generation of tech-savvy residents, business travellers and tourists.

Five months after the launch of Olaya Tower 1, its first concept residences in the kingdom, the proptech company continues the growth trajectory with the opening of the second building – Olaya Tower 2.

The recently unveiled skyscraper, which has 80 units spread across 16 stories and offers contemporary, completely furnished apartments, a co-working area, as well as other recreational and commercial services, is another example of the company’s “Show up and Start living” philosophy.

The tower is located in North Riyadh, within 16 minutes of Riyadh Airport, 10 minutes to King Abdullah Financial District, 10 minutes to Kingdom Tower and seven minutes to Riyadh Park Mall.

Menawhile, the first Olaya Tower operates at full capacity, welcoming business travellers, residents and tourists seeking modern accommodation.

Residents and guests at the Olaya towers are able to navigate their entire journey – from booking and managing their stays, checking in, and controlling smart home systems, to ordering a wide range of guest services – through the Stella Stays app. Payment terms are flexible and can be made through various methods, including debit, credit cards and cryptocurrencies.
