UAE’s Jubail Island Investment Company unveils $1.09bn beachfront community in Abu Dhabi

Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has launched Bada Al Jubail, a stunning beachfront gated community in Abu Dhabi, with an investment of Dhs4bn ($1.09bn).

Spanning over 446,000 square meters of land and boasting eight kilometers of beach frontage, Bada Al Jubail offers a luxurious lifestyle set amidst Abu Dhabi’s natural beauty.

Named Bada Al Jubail, the masterplan showcases land plots ranging between 2,000 and 6,000 square metres, the community offers nine typologies of mansions, promising exclusivity and spacious living.

The highlight of Bada Al Jubail is its world-class amenities, including a 30-yacht marina, watersports activities, a yacht club, a members’ lounge, and a cigar bar.

Additionally, residents can enjoy cycle tracks, jogging paths, a wellness center and spa, a fitness studio, and a kids club, catering to diverse leisure interests.

Residents will also have access to Jubail Island’s extensive amenities, such as private schools, a beach club, retail destinations, restaurants, and 1.4 million square metres of parks and open spaces.

Scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, Bada Al Jubail aims to redefine luxurious coastal living in Abu Dhabi.
