Satish Sanpal, the Chairman of ANAX Holding, is heading up one of the new rising stars in the UAE real estate scene.

The company’s first real estate venture, Vento Tower, is a premium off-plan property, that boasts a total investment value of Dhs470m and is set for completion in Q4 2025.

The tower will be based in Business Bay, Dubai.
