Jaywan is operated by Al Etihad Payments, a subsidiary of the CBUAE, and has been designed as the UAE’s national domestic card payment scheme while remaining connected to global payment networks

Jaywan card is emerging as more than just a payment method, offering discounts on flights, hotels, ride-hailing, movie tickets and lifestyle experiences

The agreement enables Botim, powered by PayBy, to issue Jaywan prepaid cards directly to its users via its app

Both Al Etihad Payments and Visa will be working with financial institutions, fintech companies, and merchant partners to issue the co-badged cards to their customers
