Dubai’s flydubai resumes operations to Maldives; passenger network grows to 44 destinations

Dubai-based airline flydubai introduced its first flight to Male, Maldives on October 27, marking the start of an up to four-times weekly service.
Due to growing demand, flydubai will operate daily flights to Maldives during the peak seasonal holiday period from December 17, 2020, through to January 18, 2021.
The service, which the carrier initially operated between 2013 and 2018, was reinstated due to growing demand.

The carrier has been steadily increasing its operations since July and now serves 44 destinations across Africa, Europe, Central Asia, the GCC and Middle East, and the Indian subcontinent.
