Emaar launches new waterfront project at Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai developer Emaar Properties has launched a new waterfront residential project within its Dubai Creek Harbour development.

Harbour Gate, located in the Island District, will include 491 one, two and three bedroom apartments overlooking the boulevard and the Central Park.

The project will also feature six penthouses on the upper floors, and six townhouse duplex homes set on the podium pool deck level.

The podium also has a pool deck, social hub, teen’s room, fitness centre and outdoor kid’s play area, outdoor kid’s splash pad, indoor kid’s play area, exercise studio space, multipurpose room and concierge service.

Harbour Gate, located by the bridges that connect the Island District with the mainland, will also be situated close to The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour – the world’s upcoming tallest tower.

A communal rooftop terrace with lounge seating will offer 270 degree views of The Tower.

Emaar will begin sales of Harbour Gate residences on February 18, 2017.

The overall Dubai Creek Harbour will feature commercial districts, leisure developments, residential neighbourhoods and parks.

It will also have a marina, a 4.5 km Creek Boardwalk, a museum and cultural facilities, canals, landscaped promenades, pedestrian walkways and cycle paths, galleries, water features and a Vida Hotel.

The Retail District in Dubai Creek Harbour is also set to become one of the largest in the world.

A public transport network will service Dubai Creek Harbour with both land and water-based public modes of transport.

Emaar has also launched other luxury residences in the development including Creek Horizon, Dubai Creek Residences, Creekside 18, and Harbour Views homes in The Island District.
