Abu Dhabi based Bloom Properties, National Holding’s property and lifestyle development arm, has launched the Stella Maris tower project in Dubai Marina.

Construction work on the project is set to begin in the first half of this year, Bloom said, and is expected to take 30 months.

The 279-apartment tower, at the southern end of the marina area, features one to three bedroom units and four bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses.

It will include its own health club, steam room, sauna, kids room, cinema, games room, meeting space, outdoor swimming pools and multi-level basement parking.

Bloom also said each townhouse would feature its own terrace and swimming pool.

Yesterday Bloom also launched a new mixed-use development on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island.

Named Park View, the project, which was launched during the ongoing Cityscape Abu Dhabi exhibition, will comprise of a 234 unit residential building and a 188-key hotel apartment building.
