Bloom Holding partners with Rotana for hotel apartment on Saadiyat Island

Bloom Holding has tied up with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation (Rotana) to offer premium hotel apartments located on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island. Bloom, a leading real estate development company said the joint project – Bloom Arjaan by Rotana – is an “enticing investment opportunity with a guaranteed annual return on investment of up to eight percent over five years”.

The project, located in Bloom’s Park View community on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island, will be managed by Rotana. The property offers a range of options, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom hotel apartments, with sizes spanning from 44 square metres to 114 square metres.

The hotel apartment is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024. The property is being developed to combine the comforts of a home and the convenience of a hotel, said the real estate developer in a release. It added, “The development offers generous living spaces, intuitive technology, and professional services”.

The development will feature a variety of amenities and facilities and provide future residents access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, green spaces, and a floating infinity swimming pool. The swimming pool is designed to be thirty meters above ground on a bridge that connects the two buildings on the property. Additionally, a variety of retail, food, and beverage outlets, as well as the hotel’s main restaurant, will be housed on-site.

Bloom Arjaan by Rotana, located in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s cultural district will enjoy easy access to New York University Abu Dhabi, and other key locations on Saadiyat Island. It is also a short drive away from renowned tourism destinations such as The Louvre Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum, with the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi planned for 2025.

Other attractions include Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, SeaWorld, Snow Abu Dhabi, and Yas Island featuring the Yas Marina Circuit and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
