A United Arab Emirates payment provider has began outsourcing technical support to an office in Bangalore, India.

Dubai-based firm Network International opened its new offshore technology centre on October 7 as part of an expansion operation.

The firm cites “the availability of skilled personnel and cost-effective high-quality services” as the main reasons behind the opening.

Entitled the ‘Network International Global Services India PTE Limited’, the new captive centre will offer technical support to customers.

Network International chief executive Bhairav Trivedi said: “Our expansion to India signals the start of an exciting new phase for Network International. Offshoring will enable us to serve our customers – spread across 41 countries – better and faster, creating a pathway to innovation.

“The Bangalore office will tap into a talented resource pool, and our customers stand to benefit from even quicker response times, specialised technological support and an overall increase in operational efficiency.”
