Emaar Launches Sale Of The Address Residence In Dubai

Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties has announced the sale of units in ‘The Address Residence Fountain Views III’, a fully furnished serviced residences tower in Downtown Dubai.

Located opposite The Dubai Mall, the building offers one, two and three bedroom serviced residences that provide views of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.

Situated above The Address Fountain Views hotel, the residences will be managed by The Address Hotels + Resorts, Emaar’s premium brand. The development also features high-end retail stores and F&B outlets along the boulevard.

The sale of the units will be held in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London on September 21, 2013. Emaar is also holding a showcase of the new property in Jeddah on the same day.

Emaar has launched and sold several new properties in the last year, reflecting the growth in Dubai’s real estate market.

New projects this year include Dubai Hills Estate – the first phase of the Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) along with Meraas Holding; serviced residences complex The Address Residence Fountain Views I & II; The Address Residence Sky View and Burj Vista.

Emaar also unveiled Mira townhouses in Reem and The Hills, a premium residential project within Emirates Living.

The developer recorded revenues of Dhs1.63 billion ($443.78 million) from the sale of apartment blocks, commercial units and land in the second quarter of this year.
