The upcoming Autograph Collection will span across 22,635 sqm, and will be situated adjacent to the AlUla Museum and opposite the Farmer’s Market.

The hotel will include 250 rooms and suites. Its recreational and entertainment offerings will encompass four dining venues, a spa, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a business center, meeting facilities and retail space too.

Several other major hospitality companies have also recently unveiled plans to open in AlUla. The Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) will develop a new eco-luxury resort that will be operated by Mexican luxury brand AZULIK and designed by Roth Architecture. The AZULIK AlUla Resort will be located within the Nabatean Horizon District of AlUla’s Journey Through Time masterplan and is slated to open in 2027.

Also, a new Chedi property will be established within the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hegra in AlUla. The boutique hotel will feature only 35 guest rooms and is expected to open to guests by Q4 2023. The hotel is being built directly into several existing structures including an old railway station as well as the Hegra Fort, among other structures.
