Health is a US-based precision wellness company co-founded by Brandon Dawson, its chairman and CEO, entrepreneur Grant Cardone, and Natalie Dawson, its chief business officer. The company focuses on personalised testing, preventative wellness and performance optimisation, combining genetic and biomarker data with supplements, clinical services and lifestyle programmes.
The company is now moving beyond one-off testing towards a continuous precision-health model. Central to that shift is MYiOX Health, a platform due to launch in October across the UAE and UK, with a global unveiling planned for the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit. MYiOX is designed to bring together eight biodata domains, including genetics, blood biomarkers, physical assessment, cellular and metabolic data, microbiome, environmental factors and urine, then update recommendations as a user’s data changes. 10X says it has sold more than 180,000 genetic tests. Its system maps more than 1,800 relationships between biology and potential interventions, can score more than 900 foods against an individual profile and is supported by two granted US patent families. Recommendations can span nutrition, supplements, exercise and, where clinically appropriate, intravenous nutritional therapy.
The company’s Middle East expansion accelerated in November 2025, when 10X Health and REVIV Global partnered with Abu Dhabi-headquartered M42 to launch 10XREVIV. REVIV Global’s founder and CEO Sarah Lomas has spent more than 10 years investing in and building the precision nutrition platform, with the aim of bringing IV therapy solutions to the world.
“Sarah and her team have been innovating the life sciences at REVIV to operate as the human intelligence of MYiOX, which is why we invested in her and her team,” says Dawson. The partnership introduced a precision-nutrition model combining genetics, blood biomarkers and nutritional science, giving 10X an entry point into Abu Dhabi’s healthcare and genomics ecosystem. The relationship has since moved into research and training. Dawson says 10X and M42 are planning two potential studies, including a randomised controlled trial of a multi-nutrient IV formulation in people with Type 2 diabetes and a separate study of the Precision Nutrition System. One is expected to begin before the end of 2026, while a clinician training programme is scheduled for November.
10X’s business model now spans direct-to-consumer testing, supplements, clinical services, practitioner partnerships and MYiOX Pro clinics.
Its longer-term ambition is to move precision health beyond premium wellness and into wider use by health systems and employers, a shift Dawson says will depend on stronger published evidence, lower testing costs and proof of measurable health and economic outcomes at scale.
