The UAE’s resilience is a key driver of sustained investor confidence. The country’s strong foundations, forward-looking leadership, and business-friendly environment continue to support long-term growth and development.
Despite navigating challenges such as economic downturns, the Covid-19 pandemic, and broader geopolitical tensions, the UAE has consistently demonstrated stability and adaptability. These periods have reinforced the strength of its regulatory framework, leadership clarity, and its open, tolerant environment, positioning the country as a highly supportive ecosystem for business and investment.
Reflecting this confidence, ORA Developers has expanded its UAE presence through the acquisition of an additional 4.8 million sqm of land from Modon Holding in Ghantoot, bringing its total land bank to 9.6 million sqm. The development is expected to drive a total project investment of Dhs30bn upon completion.
Strategically located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with direct access to Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road and in proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, the site offers strong connectivity across both emirates.
The strengthened partnership with Modon will accelerate the development of BAYN, ORA’s flagship masterplan—an integrated destination designed to bring together lifestyle, hospitality, retail, and residential offerings.
This move reinforces our commitment to the UAE and reflects our confidence in the resilience of its real estate market, as well as our belief in the country’s long-term vision for sustainable growth. The continued expansion of ORA’s footprint marks an important milestone in our ambition to create world-class destinations and vibrant, integrated communities.
