Oman’s meteorology agency, the Civial Aviation Authority (CAA), has forecast scattered rain and thunderstorms in the country’s Dhofar governorate for the coming days.

The met department predicted convective cloud activity which would bring scattered rain showers across Dhofar from May 14 to 17.

The convective clouds are expected to cover coastal and as well as the Al Hajjar mountain areas, potentially bringing precipitation to valleys and reefs.
