The Al Habtoor Group has partnered with world-known brands to create Al Habtoor City, a new destination for citizens, residents and tourists alike.
The $3 billion development will feature three hotels – St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai and the Westin Dubai – as well as three newly announced residential tower blocks to incorporate 1,460 luxury apartments.
Al Habtoor City will feature eleven swanky residential penthouses – including two VIP penthouses over a four-storey high podium, worth a cool $250 million each.
