Conrad Dubai has launched a collection of 22 one-bedroom residential apartment suites within its property located on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The 22 suites, located on the upper floors of the hotel, offer stylish interiors and high-end amenities, as well as on-demand 24 hour guest services.

Spread over an area of 100 sqm, each residence has a master bedroom with marbled-clad bathrooms, including separate baths and rain showers, stocked with luxury hotel amenities.

The two-bedroom suites are also available as connecting rooms. Each suite has a separate fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a dedicated living area featuring a TV and Bose home theatre surround system.

A separate desk workspace is also present in the suite and is equipped with an Apple docking station.

The residences feature natural oak floors and a neutral colour palette. Floor to ceiling windows fill the residence with natural light.

Residential suite guests will have their apartments serviced by the hotel itself and they have access to the hotel’s 24-hour reception to attend to any requests. Conrad Dubai offers several amenities, including one of the city’s largest hotel meeting spaces.

The hotel has free high-speed internet, laundry and grocery services, covered parking, a gym that is open 24 hours a day and health club facilities. The property also has a rooftop Bliss 6 pool lounge set against a backdrop of palm trees and lawns.

For an additional monthly fee, residence guests can access the Executive Club lounge.

“With the evolution of travelling patterns set to continue, we’re delighted to be able to offer our longer stay guests a personalised home away from home experience in our luxury residential suites. Just as the region is on track to return to pre-pandemic levels of business travel in the next year, Conrad Dubai has seen a surge in demand for more spacious accommodation that can cater to families and business travellers alike,” said Michael Schmitt, general manager of Conrad Dubai.
