To upgrade to the latest update, iPhone users need to go to their Settings, click on General and then on Software Update. Apple has also included 21 new emojis in this update, including a shaking face, a pink heart, two pushing hands, a Wi-Fi symbol, among other features. Notable features on iOS 16.4 One of the significant updates is the new voice isolation for cellular calls, which prioritises the user’s voice and cuts ambient noise during calls. This feature was previously available for FaceTime calls and other VoIP applications, but now it is available for normal cellular calls as well. To access this feature, users need to open the Control Center while on the call and then click on Mic Mode and select Voice Isolation from the list. Another notable feature is that it duplicates album in Photos and expands support to detect duplicate photos and videos in an iCloud Shared Photo Library The Accessibility setting has also been updated to automatically dim videos when flashes of light or strobe effects are detected. Apple has also improved Crash Detection and optimised it for iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models. iOS developers can now send notifications to users when the user has pinned a web application to their Home Screen. This feature will help developers to engage users and provide more personalised experiences.
