UAE reports 199 Covid-19 cases, 280 recoveries

The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 199 Covid-19 cases on May 4.

The new infections were detected, after 88,359 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus.

The health ministry also reported 280 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 883,160.

The Ministry added that no Covid-19-related deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours, leaving the death toll unchanged at 2,302.

The nationwide case count has risen to 899,441.
