UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has condoled the death of his brother Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who served as the President’s representative.
Sheikh Sultan, the younger son of UAE founder Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, passed away on Monday, November 18.
The UAE will observe an official mourning period of three days with flags to be flown at half-mast, according to the directives of the ministry of Presidential Affairs.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, expressed his condolences to the Al Nahyan family and the people of the UAE.
