Home GCC UAE UAE officials issue warning about extreme weather conditions Certain parts of the UAE are expected to see cloudy and rainy conditions by Staff writer November 27, 2016 The UAE’s Ministry of Interior has urged the people in the country to exercise “utmost caution and vigilance” during extreme weather conditions and heavy rain. The General Directorate of Civil Defence advised those camping to constantly monitor weather forecast alerts, official news agency WAM reported. It also urged those in the open to avoid crossing water channels, stay away from valley currents and keep children also away from valleys and lowlands.
