Flights will operate to Seychelles five times a week with Boeing 777-300ER
Last week, the carrier announced the addition of scheduled passenger flights from seven cities in July
From June 8, Emirates will also offer flights from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad for travellers from Pakistan who wish to connect onwards to other destinations
The airline remains confident of a strong revival by adding more destinations and facilitating transit passengers
The airline will also offer connections in Dubai for customers travelling between the UK and Australia
The airline will operate limited services to Jakarta, Manila, Taipei, Chicago, Tunis, Algeria and Kabul
The new destinations include Brussels, Dublin, London (Heathrow), Tokyo (Narita) and Zurich
The airline flew in the first batch of UAE citizens from London’s Heathrow Airport on Monday
The funding will be in addition to the financial aid which has been pledged by the government
