Investors can buy UAE-based properties from developers at the exhibition

Dubai’s biggest property event, Cityscape Global, is set to take place from September 11-13 at the Dubai World Trace Centre this year.

The exhibition, considered a barometer to measure the state of the emirate’s real estate sector, is hoping to welcome over 1,000 delegates this year – which marks its 16th edition.

A major new change at the event this year is that developers with UAE-based projects have been allowed to sell on-site to homebuyers and investors for the first time, in what is expected to be a turning point for potential buyers.

Developers can sell properties in accordance with the rules and regulations administered by the local land departments and municipalities in the emirate in which the property is located.

“We anticipate several offers will be on show, giving visitors to the exhibition an opportunity to avail special rates/payment plans that are currently not out in the market,” said Tom Rhodes, exhibition director at Cityscape Global.

“We strongly encourage everyone looking at a new property purchase, investment, or looking for industry updates to attend the event and benefit from this new opportunity.”

Some of exhibitors this year include Wahat Al Zaweya Investment & Real Estate Development, Kleindienst, Knight Knox, Five Holdings, Nakheel, Dubai South, Damac Properties and Dubai Holding.

Cityscape Global is co-located with Building Healthcare, Innovation and Design Show, the regional business platform for build, construction, design and innovation of healthcare facilities.

Register online to avoid paying a fee of Dhs100 at the doors.
